J&J Global wanted their engineering team's focus to be on core products, not building integrations. Managed well with a set of internally developed connectors for years (mainly Shopify & Magento).
Partnering with Versori enables J&J's focus to be on developing new features for their clients, and also bolster the capabilities of their API so that Versori and other clients who integrate with them directly can build richer integrations.

Versori's team worked with Eagle Eye to understand and scope the project for Mowgli, the end customer. The focus: ensure every physical gift card was activated and loaded with the correct amount before reaching the customer.
The team configured workflows that would:
- Validate the gift card's monetary value against the original order.
- Confirm successful card activation before dispatch.
Custom field mapping between Mowgli's order data and J&J's fulfilment systems ensured accurate data transfer and alignment.
Versori implemented real-time verification checkpoints within the integration. Any discrepancies automatically triggered exception handling and alerts for resolution.
The system automatically authorised dispatch once the cards passed the checks. Versori also enabled real-time monitoring and logging to track fulfilment events and ensure full traceability across both systems. This resulted in a reliable and error-free process from order to customer delivery.
